Catherine is a Coordinator at the Orange County Department of Education and an adjunct professor for Cal State Fullerton and Fullerton College. She has over 20 years experience in the field of Early Childhood Education. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Child and Family Development as well as a Master’s degree in Education with an emphasis in Early Childhood Education.  Currently, her position at OCDE entails providing QRIS leadership and systems building, as well as providing technical assistance and professional development to educators and administrators throughout Orange County.
