In the 2016-2017 school year, Grand Isle Supervisory Union selected to install an intervention block across all 5 schools knowing that this would improve our systemic capacity to serve all students more effectively.  As with any new venture, there are things that went well and things that did not.  In this session, we will talk about how we got to where we are, what we learned, and what we are doing to move forward in the implementation process.
