Follow one first year principal’s journey from Day 1 to Day 180 in an established, successful SWIFT partner school. Discover how a personal mission merged with a school’s vision, and how multi-tiered systems of support were maintained and fostered.  Driving each leadership decision was the essential philosophy of creating a strong school culture structured around collaboration to ensure success for all children  Methods of defining shared instructional priorities, establishing monitoring protocols, identifying professional development needs, and creating peer coaching and PLC opportunities using a strengths-based approach will be discussed.
