Over the past 25 years of my teaching career I have continued to dive into research and best practices that focus on English Learners (Which is why I enjoy attending CABE Conferences so much). I currently serve as the English Language Coordinator at Laguna Hills High School as well as teach English Language Development Levels 1 and 2 and English Expanding. In the past year I presented at both CABE and the California League of Schools Annual Conference on the insights I have gained while developing curriculum, lessons and support classes for our Long-Term English Learners. I may not have all the answers, but I am willing to share all that I learned in the process.
