Dr. Dawn Miller is part of the research team for the California Rural Education Network. As part of this team, she has been engaged with several leaders across all aspects of rural California and has a research article in preparation with her co-presenters related to MTSS implementation and outcomes across rural settings. She recently co-authored 'Leading Equity-Based MTSS for All Students with her colleague, Dr. Amy McCart. In addition to active work with the CA Rural Education Network, Dr. Miller also leads the Oklahoma MTSS and Mental Health work in rural OK districts.
