Holly Shubin is a program specialist supporting preschool and early start services in the Anaheim Elementary School District. She is also a credentialed school psychologist and licensed educational psychologist in the state of California. Ms. Shubin is a state leader within the Positive Environment Network of Trainers (PENT) and works to ensure educators within her district/SELPA have access to and training in evidence-based practices. Ms. Shubin has extensive training and experience in Multi-Tiered System of Support (MTSS), Response to Intervention (RtI), Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS), and Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) in both clinical and public school settings.
