Megan Frunzi just completed her first year as Principal of Elkton Middle School in Cecil County, Maryland. Prior, she served for 11 years as an assistant principal at three middle schools in Cecil County. In all, Megan has worked for 19 years in education, all at the middle school level. During her service as an administrator, she has been dedicated to the PBIS initiative and has lead PBIS teams at three middle schools to consecutive PBIS Gold Recognition Awards from the Maryland State Department of Education.
