Stacy Deeble­Reynolds has an extensive background working in family engagement, prevention and positive youth development programs over the last 17 years. She has worked in various settings including a psychiatric hospital, after school programs, and school districts in Sacramento and Southern California. She currently serves as the Director of the Orange County Department of Education's Community and Student Support Services division. Stacy holds a Masters degree in Public Administration from California State University, Long Beach, and a Bachelors degree from University of California, Irvine. She is a passionate advocate for education that supports the whole child, and enthusiastically embraces opportunities to collaborate around this work.Stephan’s bio:Stephan Lambert is the Prevention Coordinator at the Orange County Department of Education. He has ten years of experience in positive youth development, developmental asset building, community organizing and substance abuse prevention.  Much of his work has centered on building community coalitions by strengthening relationships between parents, youth, schools, non-profit agencies and faith-based organizations. Using collaborative leadership processes, he assisted these coalitions with building their capacity to implement community projects as well as grassroots parent advocacy efforts. Stephan earned his BA in Psychology and Social Behavior at the University of California, Irvine.
